- Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable

- Our team will review and provide return instructions
- Ship the items back in original condition
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
