  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the items back in original condition
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
